Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
To change or cancel an appointment, we require 2 business days advance notice and you must speak directly with our staff.
Changes and cancellations are NOT accepted by email or voicemail.
Our fee for missed appointments is $100/hour.
Thank you for understanding that we have a busy schedule and work very hard to accommodate all of our patients’ needs, including emergencies.
A change to our schedule without sufficient notice means that other patients are not seen as promptly.
